- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 竪型射出成形装置の溶湯鋳込装置のプラン
ジヤチツプ嵌合部となる固定金型及び可動金型の
接合部において、プランジヤチツプ嵌合穴の内面
に、相対する金型側に向けて広がつているテーパ
ー部を少なくとも固定金型側に設けたことを特徴
とする溶湯鋳込装置。 (2) テーパー部は、２分割された固定スリーブ
の突合せ部において、少なくとも固定金型側に設
けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の溶湯鋳込装置。 (3) テーパー部は、固定スリーブが嵌合される
垂直孔部と湯道となるくびれ部との境界面におい
て、少なくとも固定金型側に形成したことを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の溶湯
鋳込装置。
