Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 上型と下型により製品キヤビテイが郭定される
と共に、この製品キヤビテイに連通する湯口、湯
道が形成された水平分割鋳型の介在物除去構造で
あつて、 前記湯道は湯口および製品キヤビテイと連通す
る上型に形成された上部湯道と、この上部湯道の
途中に介在される下型に設けられた下部湯道とか
らなり、この下部湯道の底部は溶湯の進行方向に
対し中心から両側とも下方に向かつて傾斜してお
り、かつこの下部湯道の途中には両側に少なくと
も一対の溶湯滞留部が設けられており、この溶湯
滞留部の底部には下部湯道と同様に重力方向で下
方に向から傾斜が設けられていると共に、溶湯滞
留部の開口部が溶湯の進行方向に対し、鋭角の方
向に設けられていることを特徴とする水平分割鋳
型の介在物除去構造。
