分濃度の稀塩液中に収納せしめた後、通電作用を施すこ
とで、電流が補填液を常に通電媒体として塩分濃度の濃
い材料中を均一かつ正確に通電できるようにして、少な
い消費電力のもとで、任意形状からなる多数の被包品を
短時間内に熱熱殺菌処理し、もって食味良好な通電加工
食品を短時間内に量産することができる通電加工食品の
製造方法を提供したことで、上記問題を解決したもので
ある。

水状態のもとに収容して通電作用を施すことで、多数の
、しかも不定型に巻回された被包品1を短時間内に熱熱
殺菌し、もって安価で、かつ食味良好な通電加工食品を
一度に量産することができる効果を奏する。
