Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve safety ever so better, by selecting a hydraulic circuit with a swing, in time of car cornering, of the pendulum installed in an undercar riage, and operating a hydraulic mechanism connected to a buffer spring, while constituting a car body so as to be tilted inward. CONSTITUTION:With a swing of a pendulum 23 in time of a car cornering, for example, with a right-hand swing, if it is counterclockwise, a selector valve 11 moves to the left, a barrel part 12 closes an inflow port leading to a left inner chamber 16 of a circulating pipe 21 and a right head part 15 pressed by a spring 14 and a valve seat 10 at the right are tightly closed with each other, thus a right inner chamber 17 is intercepted from a right chamber 19. Therefore, pressure oil passes through the right inner chamber 17 an a circulating pipe 27 and flows into a lower chamber 5 of a left cylinder 2 and an upper chamber of a right cylinder 2, expanding or contracting these left and right cylinders 2 and 2, thus a car body is tilted inward. With this constitution, load balance of wheels at both sides in time of cornering is made so better so that safety is well improved.

[Detailed description of the invention] (a) Industrial application field The present invention enables safe cornering by automatically tilting the vehicle body, which normally tilts outward due to centrifugal force, inward when cornering. This invention relates to an automatic tilting device for a vehicle body during cornering of a vehicle.

(b) Conventional technology and problems Conventionally, when a car corners, centrifugal force acts and the car body tilts outward, and a large load is applied to the outside wheels, which can cause cargo to dislodge or cause accidents due to incorrect steering wheel operation. This was accompanied by a risk of causing injury.

(c) Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention provides a shock absorber with left and right buffer springs for automobiles.
Or! 111' Between a circulation pipe that is connected to a hydraulic pump and a cylinder that is fixed to the lower end of the spring in correspondence with the spring, has the spring contained in the upper chamber, has a piston rod in the lower chamber, and has a suspension arm connected to its protruding end. A valve containing a switching valve for the oil passage is provided, and a pendulum provided on the vehicle chassis is linked to the switching valve, and the vibration of the pendulum caused by the centrifugal force acting on the vehicle when cornering operates the switching valve shaft for the oil passage. By converting the oil passage, the height of the outside of the car body is high and the height of the inside of the car body is low when cornering, so that the car body leans inward on its own and prevents the cargo from shifting when cornering. This makes it possible to drive safely.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, when the automobile is traveling straight as shown in FIG. 1, the hydraulic tank (25)
The oil inside is circulated through the circulation pipe (24) by the hydraulic pump (9).
through the left inner chamber (16) and right inner chamber (
After flowing into the left ventricle (18) and right ventricle (19)
) and return to the hydraulic tank (25) through the circulation pipe connected to the left chamber (18) and right chamber (19), so the piston rods (6) (6) are not affected by the hydraulic pressure in any way. However, as shown in Figure 2, when cornering counterclockwise, centrifugal force is applied to the car, causing the pendulum (23) to swing outward, or to the right. The switching valve (11) moves to the left, and its body (12) connects to the left inner chamber (16) of the W ring pipe (24).
At the same time, the right head valve 15) pressed by the spring (14) comes into close contact with the right valve seat (10), and the right inner space (17) and the right chamber (19) are shut off. Therefore, the pressure oil flows from the circulation pipe (24) to the right inner chamber (1
7), then passes through the circulation pipe (27) to the royal house (5) of the left cylinder (2) and the right cylinder (2).

The left piston rod (6) is moved backward while the left spring (4) is compressed, and the right spring (4) is expanded and the right piston rod (6) is also extended. The height of the vehicle body on the outside, ie, right side, of the vehicle is made high, and the height of the vehicle body on the inside, ie, left side, of the vehicle is made low, so that cornering can be performed with the vehicle body leaning inward.

Furthermore, as shown in Figure 3 of the drawings, when cornering in a clockwise direction, centrifugal force is applied to the automobile, causing the pendulum (23) to swing outward, that is, to the left.

4) closes the inlet to the right inner chamber (A), and the left head (15) pressed by the spring (14) and the left valve seat (10) come into close contact and the right inner chamber (16) is closed. Since the left side chamber (18) and the

(E) Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention is configured so that the vehicle body, which normally tilts outward when cornering, is automatically tilted inward depending on the strength of the centrifugal force acting on the vehicle. It is possible to improve the balance of the load applied to the left and right wheels when cornering, so cornering can be done safely. It is also possible to prevent the cargo from shifting, etc., so when the car is cornering. This device can make a major contribution to this industry as an automatic vehicle tilting device.
