- ハニカム触媒充填塔の上部に、砂と空気又はス
チーム混合流体を噴出する触媒清掃ノズル、下部
に砂及びバイジンの排出機構をもつた触媒反応塔
と、サイクロン及び電気集じん機とからなること
を特徴とする排ガス処理装置。
