The present invention relates to a method for preserving a liquid detergent, and more specifically, to a method for preserving an aqueous liquid detergent containing a surfactant, water-insoluble solid particles, and a thickener in a state with good dispersion stability. It is. BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, liquid cleaning agents for cleaning vegetables, dishes, and other kitchens have been mainly composed of compositions that utilize only the cleaning power of surfactants. However, although this type of cleaning agent has excellent cleaning power for cleaning vegetables and stains such as liquid oil and semi-solid oil, it does not clean food that has been burnt, dried and solidified due to food cooking, solid oil, or baking oil. It has the disadvantage of relatively weak cleaning power against such substances, and for this reason, various liquid cleaning agents containing water-insoluble solid particles such as abrasives have recently been proposed. However, although these liquid cleaning agents are desirable because they have a combination of normal cleaning power for removing non-stick stains and abrasive power for removing sticky stains, they are There is a drawback that water-insoluble fixed particles that are present in the process tend to precipitate. For this reason, many attempts have been made to stably suspend these water-insoluble solid particles in a surfactant solution. 117506) or a method of stabilizing enzymes using clay minerals (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 159297/1982). However, these methods are not necessarily fully satisfactory as means for stably suspending water-insoluble solid particles. In view of these circumstances, the present inventors have conducted intensive research to preserve liquid cleaning agents containing water-insoluble solid particles in a state with extremely good dispersion stability. Focusing on the fact that the stability of liquid detergents containing detergents differs significantly depending on the material of the container in which the detergent is stored, we developed surfactants, surfactants,
We have discovered that this purpose can be achieved by storing a liquid cleaning agent containing predetermined amounts of water-insoluble solid particles and a thickener in a container whose contact area is made of polyethylene terephthalate. Based on this knowledge, we have completed the present invention. That is, the present invention provides an aqueous liquid detergent containing (A) 1 to 50% by weight of a surfactant, (B) 1 to 60% by weight of water-insoluble solid particles, and (C) 0.1 to 5% by weight of a thickener. ,
The present invention provides a method for preserving a liquid detergent, which comprises enclosing at least the inner wall surface that the detergent comes into contact with in a container made of polyethylene terephthalate. In the aqueous liquid detergent of the present invention, the surfactant used as component (A) is an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, a zwitterionic surfactant, etc. As the activator, a conventional sulfonate-based, sulfate-based, or phosphate-based anionic surfactant is used. Among these anionic surfactants, examples of sulfonate-based anionic surfactants include linear or branched alkyl (C 8 -C 23 )
Benzene sulfonate, long chain alkyl (C 8 ~
C22 ) Sulfonate, long chain olefin ( C8 - C22 )
Examples include sulfonate salts. Examples of sulfate-based anionic surfactants include long-chain monoalkyl (C 8 -C 22 ) sulfate ester salts, polyoxyethylene (1-6 mol) long-chain alkyl (C 8 -C 22 ) ether sulfate esters. , polyoxyethylene (1 to 6 mol) alkyl (C 8 to C 18 ) phenyl ether sulfate salt, etc.
Examples of phosphate anionic surfactants include long-chain monoalkyl, dialkyl, or sesqui(each alkyl group has 8 to 22 carbon atoms) phosphate, polyoxyethylene (1 to 6 mol) monoalkyl, Examples include phosphates that are dialkyl or sesqui (each alkyl group has 8 to 22 carbon atoms). Cations as counter ions for these anionic surfactants include, for example, alkali metal ions such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium, and alkanolamine ions such as monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, and triethanolamine. Examples of nonionic surfactants include polyoxyethylene (1 to 20 mol) long chain alkyl (primary or secondary C 8 to C 22 ) ether, polyoxyethylene (1 to 20 mol) alkyl (C 8 ~ C18 ) Phenyl ether, oxyalkylene adducts such as polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymer, higher fatty acid alkanolamide or its alkylene oxide adduct, long chain tertiary amine oxide ( C12-14 ), etc. Can be mentioned. Examples of amphoteric surfactants include dimethyl long-chain ( C8 - C18 ) alkyl-carboxymethylammonium betaine, di-long-chain ( C8 - C18 ) alkylaminoalkylene carboxylate, 2-alkyl-1-
Examples include carboxymethyl-1-hydroxyethylimidazolium betaine. These surfactants may be used alone or in combination of two or more, and the blending amount is 1 to 50% by weight based on the weight of the liquid detergent.
Preferably it is in the range of 10 to 30% by weight. When this amount is outside the range of 1 to 50% by weight, suspension stability deteriorates, which is not preferable. Examples of the water-insoluble solid particles of component (B) in the liquid cleaning agent of the present invention include quartz, silica, calcite, feldspar, alumina, diatomaceous earth, perlite,
Abrasive materials such as aluminocate, calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, and synthetic resins are suitable.
Each of these abrasives may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds, and those having an average particle size of usually about 1 to 40 μm are preferably used. In the liquid detergent of the present invention, the amount of water-insoluble solid particles blended is 1 to 1, based on the weight of the liquid detergent.
It is within the range of 60% by weight, and is appropriately selected from within this range depending on the purpose of use, but usually 5 to 50% by weight.
A range of is suitable. If this amount is less than 1% by weight, the desired polishing power cannot be achieved, and
If it exceeds 60% by weight, suspension stability will be poor. As the thickener of component (C) used in the aqueous liquid detergent of the present invention, clay or water-soluble polymer is preferable.
Specific examples of this clay include montmorillonite,
Clays consisting of nontronite, hectorite, vermiculite, attapulgite, sepiolite and mixtures thereof may be mentioned. Examples of water-soluble polymers include carboxycellulose, polyacrylic acid and its salts, polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxyethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, maleic anhydride polymer and its salts, and the like. These thickeners may be used alone or in combination of two or more, and the amount thereof is in the range of 0.1 to 5% by weight based on the weight of the liquid detergent. If this amount is less than 0.1% by weight, the viscosity is too low and suspension stability is poor, and if it exceeds 5% by weight, it will gel and become non-liquid. In addition, the aqueous liquid detergent of the present invention may contain other components that are normally used in liquid detergents, such as lower aliphatic alcohols such as ethyl alcohol, toluenesulfonic acid, etc., to the extent that suspension stability is not impaired. Solubilizers such as sodium salts and potassium salts of lower alkylbenzenesulfonic acids such as xylene sulfonic acid and urea, fragrances, pigments, etc. may be added as necessary. It is necessary for the container used in the present invention that at least the inner wall surface with which the liquid cleaning agent packed therein comes into contact is formed of polyethylene terephthalate.
If other synthetic resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, etc. are used, they cannot be stored stably for a long period of time. Of course, the parts that do not come into contact with liquid cleaning agents during storage, such as the outer surface, can be made of any synthetic resin other than polyethylene terephthalate, if desired. Note that the stability can be further improved by roughening the surface of polyethylene terephthalate by appropriate means. According to the method of the present invention, even after long-term storage, the water-insoluble solid particles contained therein do not precipitate or form a transparent layer, and are of extremely high practical value. be. Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples. The suspension stability of the aqueous liquid detergents in each example placed in various containers was evaluated as follows. That is, 200 ml of a given aqueous liquid cleaning agent is
After placing in a mm cylindrical container and sealing it tightly, store it at 35°C for 1 and 2 months and observe the state of the liquid. The results are evaluated according to the following criteria. ◎……The entire liquid is uniform even after 2 months. 〇……After one month, the entire liquid is almost uniform, but after two months, the liquid becomes non-uniform and precipitation is observed. ×...The liquid has already become non-uniform after one month, and precipitation and separation of the transparent liquid are observed. 5. Water Remaining Amount An aqueous liquid cleaning agent containing the above components was prepared as follows. That is, a slurry prepared from silica, TS-Na and water was added to a mixture of AOS-Na, AES and amine oxide, and then a clay-water mixture was prepared using a homomixer to give a concentration of 5% by weight. The slurry was added and uniformly dispersed to prepare a liquid cleaning composition. This composition was placed in various synthetic resin containers and its suspension stability was evaluated. The results are shown in Table 1.
