ロツク装置が取付けられ、乗員が乗車したのを感
知して乗車信号を出力する乗車センサが設けられ
、乗員が降車するのを感知して降車信号を出力す
る降車センサが設けられ、前記ホールドアームに
よる乗員の腰部への当接圧力が設定圧力を上回る
と付勢力解除信号を出力する圧力センサが設けら
れ、急減速時に減速度を感知し減速度信号を出力
する減速度センサが設けられ、前記乗車センサ、
降車センサ、圧力センサ、減速度センサと、前記
ホールドアーム作動装置と、の間に制御装置が設
けられ、該制御装置に、前記乗車信号を入力する
とホールドアームが倒れる方向へ付勢されるよう
にホールドアーム作動装置を作動させる拘束制御
手段と、前記降車信号を入力するとホールドアー
ムが起立方向へ回動されるようホールドアーム作
