Claims (1)
- 弁本体と、その内部に収容された弁体と、１対
の環状シール材との間に流体室を区画し、前記弁
本体に前記流体室に圧力流体を供給するための注
入孔を設け、前記環状シール材は前記弁体に対向
する内周面に環状溝が形成されるとともに、この
環状溝を覆う弾性膜が被着され、前記環状シール
材に前記環状溝に圧力流体を供給するための注入
孔を設け、前記弾性膜は環状溝内の圧力流体によ
つて膨張し、前記弁体に密着するようになつてい
ることを特徴とするボール弁のシール装置。
