Claims (1)
- 弁箱１内に形成した環状溝５に金属製のシート
リング６を、弁体３の摺接シール面３ａに対する
遠近方向に摺動自在に内嵌し、前記環状溝５の奥
部に、前記シートリング６を流体圧により前記弁
体３の摺接シール面３ａ側に押圧するための圧力
室７を設け、この圧力室７内の流体圧を上昇させ
るための加圧手段と、前記圧力室７内の流体圧を
下降させるための減圧手段とを設けた弁のシール
構造であつて、膜状の弾性シール部材１７を、前
記環状溝５の開口を閉塞する状態に、かつ、前記
弁体３の摺接シール面３ａ側への前記シートリン
グ６の摺動移動に伴う弾性変形により前記弁体３
の摺接シール面３ａに対して接触シール作用する
ように付設した弁のシール構造。
