Abstract

PURPOSE:To supplement the capacity of subterranean heat and maintain the heat exchanging efficiency of a heat exchanger by burying a water discharging pipe for flowing houehold waste water around the heat exchanger for effecting heat exchange between subterranean heat. CONSTITUTION:The heat exchanger 1, bent into U-shape substantially, is buried into ground oand a pluralit of drain pipes 2 are arranged in parallel substantially to the heat exchanger 1 around the heat exchanger 1. A plurality of waste pipes 2 are joined into one and is capable of being switched into a hot waste pipe 4 or a cold waste pipe 5 through a changeover valve 6. In summer, in case air (a) is cooled, the subterranean temperature is increased and the capatiy of subterranean heat is reduced, therefore, the cold waste water is fowed through the waste pipe 2 previously to form a cold accumulating area (b) and packup the capacity of subterranean heat and on the contray, in winter, the hot waste water is flowed through the waste pipe 2 to packup the capacity of geothermal temperature.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Technical Field] The present invention is a geothermal heat exchanger that utilizes geothermal heat that is maintained at a nearly constant temperature throughout the year and is used for cooling in the summer and for heating in the winter. It is related to the device.

Conventionally, heat exchangers were simply buried underground, so if the heat exchanger was operated for a long time, the soil temperature would rise in the summer, and decrease in the winter, causing the soil temperature to drop. This had the disadvantage of causing a decrease in capacity and making it impossible to secure the desired heating and cooling capacity.

The present invention was made in view of the drawbacks of the conventional examples described above, and its purpose is to supplement the geothermal capacity by using domestic wastewater and maintain the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger. It is something to do.

(Structure) The present invention is designed to bury a heat exchanger (1) underground for exchanging heat with geothermal heat, and to flow domestic wastewater around the heat exchanger (1) almost parallel to the heat exchanger (1). The gist of this invention is an underground heat exchange device characterized by having a drain pipe (2) buried therein.

(Example 1) (1) is a heat exchanger in which the pipe line is bent into a substantially U-shape,
It is buried underground. Then, a fan (not shown) blows warm (or cold) air (a) from one pipe port (6).
The air is forcibly sent in, exchanged with geothermal heat in the heat exchanger (1), and taken out from the other pipe port (6) as cold air [or warm air] into the room to be used for air conditioning (heating). (2) is a heat exchanger (1) surrounding the heat exchanger (1).
These are multiple drainage pipes that are laid almost parallel to each other and buried underground. As shown in Figure 6, they are originally grouped together in a single tree, and the origin of the drain pipe (2) is similar to that of a bathtub. A switching valve (6) is connected to a warm drain pipe (4), which discharges warm water, and a cold drain pipe (5), which discharges cold cold water, such as from a washroom.
The connection can be switched between the hot drain pipe (4) side and the cold drain pipe (5) side.

However, when air (a) is cooled in summer, heat exchanger (1)
) will rise in the ground temperature and the geothermal capacity will decrease, so in advance (for example) from February to May, cool wastewater such as water from a washroom should be poured into the drain (2). A cold storage area (b) as shown by the imaginary lines in Figure 2 is formed underground around the drainage pipe (2) that is piped around the heat exchanger (1) to back up the geothermal capacity. It is. On the other hand, if you warm the air (A) in winter, the ground temperature at the location where the heat exchanger (1) is located will drop and the geothermal capacity will be low. At certain times of the year, leftover hot water from the bath and warm wastewater from the water cooler are flushed into the drain pipe (2) to back up the soil's thermal capacity.

Generally, there is a proportional relationship between the moisture content and thermal conductivity of soil, so by sprinkling water into the ground to soak it in as described above, the range of heat exchange by the heat exchanger (1) is expanded.
This will expand the range of uses for geothermal heat.
