Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of offensive odor of varnish and to reduce a vibration noise by hard varnish and further to perform impregnation of varnish in a short time by inserting varnish dropping nozzles in lead-out holes for performing the inpregnation of the varnish. CONSTITUTION:A transformer coil as an object to be processed is contained in a cover 3 composed of a coil container 1 and a core container 2. A lead-out holes 5 for leading out leads 4 connected to a coil part to the outside are opened on the coil container 1. This lead-out holes 5 have enough spaces for insertion of the front ends of varnish dripping nozzles 6. Also the cover 3 eliminates the part for a lead-out hole and is enclosed tightly. Next, the front end of the varnish dripping nozzle 6 is inserted in the lead-out hole 5 to perform dripping and impregnation of the varnish. Consequently, bent of the leads 4 and generation of offensive odor of the varnish are prevented and vibration noise is reduced by hard varnish and impregnation of the varnish can be performed in a short time.

カバーの隙間から内部にワニスを浸入させることにより
行っている。また、カバーの側部には、コイル部に接続
したリード線が導出されている。このため、ワニス処理
後に硬化したワニスによってリード線が折曲しないよう
に、通常柔軟性の高いワニスが使用されている。しかし
ながら、振動音を十分に低下するためには、硬質のワニ
スを使用しなければならない問題があった。また、ワニ
ス処理を上述の如く、ワニス浴中にトランスコイルをど
ぶ漬して行うため、ワニス浴から悪臭が出る問題があっ
た。更に、どぶ漬含浸によるものでは、多量のワニスを
ワニス浴中に投入してリサイクルによって使用するため
、長期間安定なワニスを使用しなければならず、その分
ワニスの硬化時間が長くなり、短時間でワニス含浸処理
を施せない問題があった。
