図中、１は投光器、２は検波検査体、３は受光器、４は
フォトダイオード、５は筒体、６は球状レンズ、７は波

形形状のアナログ電圧を被検査体の数量に相当する数の
カウントパルスとして出力し得る回路とからなる光反射
