- セラミック基板に、貴金属ペーストを用いて導体パター
ンを印刷、焼成し、次ぎに、抵抗体用ペーストで抵抗体
ノ（ターンを印刷、焼成して回路を構成する厚膜集積回
路において、抵抗体と重なる導体部分を、他の導体配線
部分より薄く形成したことを特徴とする厚膜集積回路。
