Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 本体ポデーに設けられた内部室と、該内部室を測定圧の
    導入される測定室と基準圧の導入される基準室とに仕切
    る受圧素子と、前記測定室を中心に対称に設けられ第１
    シールダイアフラムにより第１受圧室と第１導圧室とに
    仕切られた第１外部室と第２シールダイアフラムにより
    第２受圧室と第２導圧室とに仕切られた第２外部室と、
    前記第１、第２導圧室と前記測定室とを連通ずる連通孔
    と、該連通孔と前記第１、第２導圧室と前記測定室とを
    満す封入液と、前記測定ダイアフラムの変位を検出する
    変位検出手段とを具備してなる圧力測定装置。
