    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部に室を有するボデーと、前記室を部分するように該
    室に設けられ入力差圧を受圧する受圧素子と、前記ボデ
    ーの両側面に設けられ前記室のボデー外への開口部分を
    覆ってそれぞれ設けられたシールダイアフラムと、該シ
    ールダイアフラムと前記受圧素子とボデーとで形成され
    る学問にそれぞれ満された封入液と、前記ボデーの一方
    の側面に前記封入液を介して前記シールダイアフラムに
    対面して設けられた圧力検出部とを具備してなる差圧・
    圧力測定装置。
