Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the assembling period of works of an electric dust collector to a large extent, by preliminarily assembling a dust collecting electrode plate and a discharge electrode frame in an assembling and conveying jig and installing the assembled collector on the spot. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of dust collecting electrode plates 2 and discharge electrode frames 3 are assembled in an assembling and conveying jig 1 and conveyed in the assembled state while being held at prescribed installing intervals. In the next step, a cover is attached to the assembling and conveying jig 1 and loaded on a trailer by a crane to be conveyed to the installation site. The assembling and conveying jig 1 is placed under an electric dust collector main body 8 and the dust collecting electrode plates 2 and discharge electrode frames 3 are collectively hung up by a hanging jig 9 and installed at predetermined positions. As mentioned above, installation is performed efficiently and the assembling period of works of the electric dust collector is shortened to a large extent.

おくことができ、これを電気集血はの組立て現場に搬送
して複数の集塵極板および放電極枠を−括して組立搬送
治具内に取付けることができる。

このような作業を繰返し、全部の集B極板2および放電
極枠3を取付ける。

電極枠をあらかじめ組立搬送治具内に組立てておくこと
ができ、これを電気集塵機の組立て現場に搬送して複数
の乗車極板および放電極枠を一括して組立搬送治具内に
取付けることができる。よって、最も工数のかかるこれ
ら集塵極板や放電極枠の取付けを能率的におこなうこと
ができ、電気集塵機の組立て工期を大幅に短縮できる等
その効果は大である。
