８は圧力補償管、９はオートクレーブの蓋、１０はニー
ドル弁、１１は圧抜き部、１２はイオン交換樹脂、１３
はキャピラリー、１４は塩橋、１５は電極、１６は液絡
管、１７は介在物、１８は空間、１９は圧力補償管の内
壁、２０はＯリングである。
