This creates an indispensable structure.

It brings about results.

The edge 2a of the metal plate 2 on the side to be combined with the metal plate 2 is tapered. Tapered shape 3a of gear helical 3
have a similar shape to 2a, and are in contact with each other in the product state. According to this configuration, when the output shaft 4 is suddenly restrained by an external force or the like, the gear helical 3 that meshes with the rotor shaft 5 receives forces in both the radial direction and the circumferential direction. 6 becomes shallow and the strength tends to decrease, but the edge 2a prevents the gear from escaping in the radial direction and the strength does not decrease. Therefore, no defects that seriously affect product performance occur. Note that although the gear helical deflection preventing portion is tapered, there is no difference in the effect obtained even if the gear helical deflection preventing portion is tapered straight. である。The cushioning structure component 1, which is a shock absorber, has a metal plate 2.
and 7, and an elastic member 1a that is vulcanized and bonded to the metal plates 2 and 7, and the edge 2a of the metal plate 2 on the side that fits into the helical gear (worm wheel) 3 is tapered and constricted. It's crowded. The tapered shape 3a of the gear 3 has a similar shape to the edge 2a, and when the product is completed, they are connected to each other. 2b of the metal plate 2 is a projection for preventing rotation with the gear 3. 4 indicates an output shaft, and 5 indicates a rotor shaft. Due to the necessity of flattening, the gear 3 has a thin shape despite being a strong member. To explain the operation,
When the output shaft 4 is suddenly restrained by an external force, the rotor shaft 5
The helical gear 3 that meshes with the gear 3 receives excessive forces in both the radial direction and the circumferential direction of the gear 3. As a result, the gear 3 is deflected and the meshing with the worm teeth 6 becomes shallow, resulting in a significant decrease in gear strength. However, the metal edge 2a receives the force, preventing the gear 3 from deflecting and preventing the gear 3 from escaping. , there is no decrease in strength. In other words, like this, edge 2a
If this is not provided, situations such as gear damage may occur that seriously impede product performance. Note that if the shape of the gear 3 is not thin, the escape of the gear portion of the gear 3 will be minimal and no serious problems will occur. 8 is a hole that engages with the protrusion 2b, 9 is a capacitor, 10 is a circuit breaker, 1
1 indicates the teeth of the gear 3. The output shaft 4 is connected to the metal plate 7, and rotates together with the rotation stopper 12. The tapered shape of the edge 2a is advantageous in terms of mold life during the process of molding the elastic member of the shoelace structural component 1.

The plate prevents the gear from being bent in the radial direction, thereby solving the problem of a decrease in the strength of the gear.
