Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive to shorten a period required for installing and to enhance workability, by inserting a block product formed by assembling the predetermined number of dust collecting electrode plates and discharge frames into a cassette case, and suspending said cassette case to mount the same in the outer housing of an electric dust collector. CONSTITUTION:The predetermined number of dust collecting electrode plates 102 and discharge frames 103 are preliminarily assembled as a block product 101 which is, in turn, conveyed to the actual place to be inserted into a prepared cassette case 105 while the cassette case 105 receiving the block product is suspended from the lower part of the outer housing of an electric dust collector to be mounted in said outer housing. As a result, the shortening of a working time required for installing the electric dust collector, the contraction of a working area and the enhancement in workability can be achieved and cost reduction can also be attained.

A conventional example will be explained with reference to FIG. Figure 1 shows the conventional E
This is a perspective view showing how to install the EPO. First, after this outer casing 1 is installed, the outer casing 1 is lifted upward and a heavy machine 2 is used to sequentially narrow down one row of dust collecting electrode plates 3 and one frame of discharge electrode frames 4, respectively.

However, this main installation method has the following problems. First of all, since both the dust collecting electrode plate 3 and the discharge electrode frame 4 are relatively lightweight compared to their flat areas, there is a risk that distortion may occur due to the influence of wind etc. when transporting them.To prevent this, for example, strong winds In such a case, the installation work would have to be interrupted, and there was a risk that the period required for the installation work would be extended.

The work using the heavy lifting equipment 2 requires a large number of personnel and costs, and since it is carried in from around the outer casing 1, a large work area is required, and depending on the location conditions of the installation site, the minimum necessary There were times when it was difficult to secure a working area.

The present invention was developed based on the above-mentioned points, and its purpose is to shorten the period required for installation, reduce the working area, improve workability, and ultimately reduce costs. The object of the present invention is to provide a method for installing a dust collector.

As shown in the figure, it is constructed by assembling section steel 10B and has a frame shape. Furthermore, hanging fittings 107 for lifting are attached to the four corners of the upper end. Then, a predetermined number (for example, two) of the block products 101 brought in from the factory are
The cassettes are sequentially inserted into the cassette case 105 (indicated by arrows in FIG. 2). Then, adjacent block products 101 are connected by welding. FIG. 3 shows the assembled state as one cassette. When the assembly of one cassette is completed, as shown in FIG. 3, the wire 10B is hung on the hanging fitting 107 to lift it up, and the cassette is inserted and fixed from below into an EP outer casing (not shown) located above. Thereafter, the same work is repeated to complete the EP installation.

etc. are assembled in advance at a factory to form a block product 101, which is then transported to the site and inserted into a cassette case 105 prepared in advance below the EP outer casing to form a cassette. The on-site work time can be greatly reduced compared to the case where EP sheets are transported into the outer casing one by one, and the work is performed below the outer casing instead of around the outer casing as in the past. Therefore, the working area is relatively small. When lifting the EP from below into the outer casing, it is made into a cassette and has a constant weight, so there is less possibility of distortion caused by wind, and therefore, unlike conventional methods, work is interrupted due to strong winds. The work can be completed within a predetermined period of time without having to do anything.
