【発明の詳細な説明】
不発明は液晶表示パネルに表示窓用のカバーを設ける時
に、液晶表示パネルとカバーの位置合わせが容易にかつ
精度良く行なえる液晶表示装置に関するものである。

近年、液晶表示体を利用した表示デバイスの開発が活発
で、時計、電卓等の携帯用の表示デバイスとしては、液
晶表示装置が大きな市場を得るにいたっている。このよ
うな液晶表示装置においては、液晶表示パネルの表示部

不発明はこれらの欠点全除去するために、液晶表示パネ
ルの配向部内でカバーに覆われている領域に、配回せざ
る部分全段け、さらにこの配回せざる部分に対応した穴
をカバーに設けることによル、液晶表示パネルとカバー
の位置合わせｔ容易にかつ精度良く行なえる↓シにした
もので、似ｆ図面を用いて詳細に説明する。

は、以下のようにして行なう、まず液晶表示パネル１を

ー４とカバーの穴７が合うようにカバーをプリント基板
に固足する。このようにして組み立てると、たとえ、液
晶表示ノくネルとカバーの間にガタが有ろうとも、梢度
良くノくネルとカバーの位置を合わせることができ、パ
ネル位置曲がり、パネルとカバーの位置ズレ等の干艮を
著しく囲域することが可能となった。

以上述べたように、液晶表示パネルの配回部内でかつカ
バーにより榎われている領域に、配回せざる部分を設け
、さらにカバーには、その配回せざる部分と位置合わせ
できるような穴を設けることにより、パネルとカバーの
位置合わせが容易にかつ精度良くなル歩留が著しく同上
し、本発明の効果は非常に顕著である。

Claims (1)
- 液晶表示パネルの表示部に対応する表示用窓を有するカ
バーを設けてなる液晶表示装置において、液晶表示パネ
ルの配向部内でかつ前記カバーにより覆われている領域
に配回せざる部分を設け、さらに該配向せざる部分に対
応した穴をカバーに設けたことｔ％徴とする液晶表示装
置。
