して、皮膚用栄養クリーム等への有効利用が検討されて
いるように、極めて利用範囲の広い化合物である。

がつて、製造時における製品中のカルプロニウムクロラ
イドの含有率を有効期限まで維持することは困難なこと
であつた。この問題を解決したものとしては、特願昭4
9−58081号(特開昭51−143616号)があ
る。これによると、カルプロニウムクロライドはパット
アニルエチルエーテルによつて安定化される。 ところ
で、化学物質の人体への投与については慎重になるべき
であり、まして、薬理活性を有する化学物質の人体への
投与は薬事法の規制も厳しい現在、特に慎重になるべき
であり、その意味から特願昭49−58081号は必ず
しも満足のできるカルプロニウムクロライドの安定化法
を提供したとは言えない。

解はリンゴ酸緩衝液でPH4〜6に調整されることによ
つて顕著に防止されることが判明したが、一般には、こ
のような加水分解を防止する目的でPH調節しても長期
保存に対しては不充分であると考えられていた。

酸緩衝液によるカルプロニウムクロライドの安定化効果
は何ら影響されるところが見られなかつた。
