首部に防塵カバ一本体を取付けると共に、前記カバ一本
体の一部に当該本体内に水を導入するための取入口をあ
けてこれにホース接続具を設け、カバ一本体内に導入し
た水に遠心力を与え、ホイールによって研削した粉塵を
