Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce troubles of replacement of an antenna by providing a short- circuiting means which short-circuits an antenna pole and an earth conductor when the antenna pole is moved downward. CONSTITUTION:When a radio equipment is used as a portable, a pole 2c of a portable antenna is stood and an external connection plug 2b is opened to attain the same characteristics as a dipole antenna. Meanwhile, when it is necessary to replace the antenna with an external antenna 3, the pole 2c is turned downward and is folded and is fixed to a short-circuiting plate 2e added to an earth conductor rod 2d to constitute a 1/4-wavelength line whose ends are short-circuited, and therefore, the impedance of the side of the pole 2c viewed from the feeding plug is infinite. Consequently, power is supplied to the antenna 3 through the external connection plug without the influence of the pole 2c. 常に無線機本体に取り付けたまま使用でき、紛失のおそ
