Abstract

PURPOSE:To feed veneers alternatively in reverse direction by pushing the rear end of zigzag portion while winding medium through rotation of reel. CONSTITUTION:Pushing bodies 7, 7' are arranged near to the zigzag ends while retreating slightly from the feeding face for adhesive coating systems 6, 6' arranged to the right and left of an elevatable table 1. The feeding face and the position of the uppermost veneer 5 on the pallet 2 are maintained at approximately same height through elevation of said table 1 and the medium 3 is wound through rotation of reel 4. The uppermost zigzag portion is pulled up as the medium 3 is wound to lift the rear end of veneer 5 positioned on the medium 3 thus to operate a push body 7 synchronuously to push the rear end of said zigzag portion. Consequently, the veneer 5 is transferred to the left and fed to the left adhesive coating system 6'.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In the plywood manufacturing process, the present invention provides a method for cutting fragile veneer veneers that have been cut by a veneer lace, veneer slicer, etc. This relates to a method for reliably separating and feeding the material to the next step, such as a drying device, without damaging it.

Conventionally, when paying out only the topmost veneer veneer from a pile of veneer veneers, it was held by suction using a vacuum suction mechanism, or it was stuck and held by the piercing action of a needle-like object. However, since two or more veneer sheets are often fed out at the same time, the workability in the next process is significantly reduced.

Generally, veneer veneer has conduit grooves, knotholes, fissures, cracks, etc. scattered about, and when adsorbed, these conduits I! l! 2 in total
A state in which veneer veneers are lightly adhered to each other during stacking due to simultaneous suction of the first veneer veneer, resin-containing wood, or tape attachment found in repaired veneers. Due to the fact that the veneer veneer itself is kept in a moderately moist state, there may be a concomitant rise in the temperature, or depending on the type of wood, there may be negative pressure generated between the veneer veneers. A phenomenon was observed in which the second and subsequent veneer veneers were simultaneously adsorbed.

In addition, in the latter case, due to excessive or insufficient pressing force at the time of pricking, the topmost veneer veneer may have to be pierced with the second or subsequent layers at the same time9, or the veneer alone It may not be possible to obtain the holding force to raise the board.

In view of the above, the present invention has been developed by pressing the plywood veneer stacked between the flexible inserts on the pallet of the lifting platform onto the zigzag folds 94 of the inserts while winding up the inserts. An example of this will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

A pallet 2 is placed on the lifting platform 1, and its upper surface position is always maintained at a constant height by an appropriate detection device. At one end of the pallet 2, there is a starting end of a flexible insert 3 made of woven fabric, synthetic resin, twisted yarn, etc., which is wide across its entire width, or has a mesh or lattice shape. is locked.

On the other hand, a reel 4 that locks the end of an insert 8 is rotatably supported above the pallet 2, and an intermediate portion of the insert 3 is mounted on the pallet 2. A veneer veneer 5 is stacked between the inserts 8 which are arranged in a zigzag shape and are vertically adjacent to each other.

Furthermore, the zigzag-like both end positions V are retracted slightly above the surface from which the adhesive applicators 6.6/ disposed on both the left and right sides of the four-stage descending platform 1 are fed, and the pushing bodies 7.7' is located.

Therefore, first, the position of the topmost plywood veneer 5 on the feeding surface and the pallet 2 is adjusted by the upward movement of the JJir descending platform 1.
The entire insert 3 is wound up as the reel 4 rotates while always maintaining the same height.

As the insert 8 is wound up, the uppermost folded part is pulled up, and the rear end of the veneer veneer 5 located on the insert 8 is lifted, and in synchronization with this, The pushing body 7 on the right side in the drawing is operated to push the rear end of this zigzag portion. Therefore, the veneer veneer 5 is transferred to the left,
It is fed out to the adhesive applicator 6' on the left side.

Furthermore, by continuously winding up the insert 3, the serpentine portion located at the upper left side is pulled up, and in synchronization with this, the left pusher 7' is operated and the rear end is pushed. The next veneer unit 5 is fed out to the adhesive applicator 6 on the right side.

As described above, according to the method of the present invention, the terminal end of the flexible insert member is locked at a position above the lifting table, and -M is rotatably supported, and the starting end is attached to the pallet on the lifting table. A pushing body is provided in the vicinity of both ends where it is locked and forms a serpentine fold, retracted slightly above the feeding surface, and while winding up the insert by rotation of the reel, presses the rear end of the zigzag fold. Since the veneer veneers stacked between the intervening bodies are pushed by the body and fed out alternately in opposite directions, the drawbacks of the conventional method described above can be eliminated, and the veneer veneers can be reliably separated without being damaged. Then, it can be sent to the next step.
