置の原理説明図、第６−図は本考案装置の電気的動作系
を説明するブ爾ツク回路図、第７図は第６図に示す電気
的動作系のタイ　□ムチヤード、第８図は第１図とは異
なるトルク検出装置を組み込んだタッピング装置の要部
縦断面図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　回転主軸にタップチャックなどによりねじタップを
    取り付け、スピンドルスリーブに伝えられた回転動力を
    主軸を伝えてねじ立て加工をおこなうタッピング盤にお
    いて、上記スピンドルスリーブと主軸とを、弾性体を介
    して一体的に取り付け、かつ上記スピンドルスリーブと
    主軸との双方に、それぞれスリットを有するエンコーダ
    を取り付けるとともに、上記各エンコーダの近傍に光検
    出器を設け、ねじ立て加工中、使用タップの許容最大ト
    ルク量に対応する捩れが上記弾性体に発生した時点で各
    エンコーダのスリットを重合させることにより、光検出
    器で異常信号を検出するよう構成してなることを特徴と
    するタッピング盤のトルク検出装置。 ２　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の考案において
    、スピンドルスリーブと主軸との双方に取り付けられて
    いるエンコーダは、複数種類からなるねじタップの許容
    最大トルク量を検出する手段を備えているタッピング盤
    のトルク検出装置。 ３　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の
    考案において、スピンドルスリーブと主軸との双方に取
    り付けられているエンコーダは、右ねじタップおよび左
    ねじタップのいずれの場合の許容最大トルク量をも検出
    する手段を備えているタッピング盤のトルク検出装置。 ４　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項のいず
    れかに記載の考案において、スピンドルスリーブと主軸
    との双方に取り付けられているエンコーダは、ねじタッ
    プの許容最大トルク量を多段的に検出する手段を備えて
    いるタッピング盤のトルク検出装置。 ５　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第４項のいず
    れかに記載の考案において、スピンドルスリーブと主軸
    との双方に取り付けられているエンコーダは、それぞれ
    捩れ角拡大機構を介して上記スピンドルスリーブと主軸
    とに取り付けられているタッピング盤のトルク検出装置
    。
