Conventionally, when a completed car is transported once at an automobile factory, it is transported on a large trolley, or only the front axle of the completed car is supported on the trolley, and the rear wheels are moved onto the floor. It was being transported. However, the former has the disadvantage that the equipment for loading and unloading finished vehicles onto the cart is large and expensive, and the latter has the disadvantage that the radius of curvature of the curve is large and it is not possible to take a large vertical slope. Furthermore, if only the front axle is to be lifted, there may not be suitable structural support points.

An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method by supporting the sills formed on both sides of the lower surface of the automobile on the bogie using supports, and to stably support the completed vehicle even when the bogie is started or stopped. Our goal is to provide Uru Automobile IM transportation trolleys.

The center of gravity of automobiles such as passenger cars that have sills formed on both sides of the lower surface of the vehicle body is usually within the range surrounded by the sills on both sides.
If the sill is supported by the front and rear supports, the vehicle can be supported stably and the front and rear dimensions of the truck can be relatively small. Therefore, according to the invention, the starting of the truck,
This prevents the vehicle from shifting forward or backward due to collisions when stopped.
In addition, it becomes possible to carry the vehicle in small turns.

1 to 4 show examples of trolley-powered self-propelled carts. In the layout diagram of FIG. 1, an automobile M is loaded onto a loading vehicle 2 with one wheel placed on a slat conveyor 1 and the other wheel placed on the floor. There is a lifting device in the focus of the loading device 2, and the rail provided on the lifting device coincides with the rail 3 in the raised position and with the rail 4 in the lowered position. The rail 3 is a floor rail for a bogie to be described later, and the rail 4 is an underfloor rail for supplying an empty bogie. When the empty truck 5 enters the lifting device from the rail 4, the lifting device rises to support the automobile M on the truck 5,
When reaching the raised position, the trolley 5 moves on its own onto the rail 3 and takes out the car M.

The trolley 5 runs on the rails 3 on wheels 19 with urethane tires, and the front and rear guide pipes 16 are connected to floor grooves or lifting devices 10.
It is inserted into the upper surface groove 20 and guided. A pair of transverse rails 21 made of channel material are fixed at the front and rear of the main body 15, the front-rear interval thereof is smaller than the longitudinal length of the body sill 22 of the automobile M, and four wheels 23 are mounted on each transverse rail 21. A pair of traversing tables 24 are provided which fit and traverse each other. Traverse platform 2
4 has a support beam 25 that projects above the transverse rail 21 and extends outward, and has a sill receiver 26 made of rubber or the like on the top surface of its tip.

4, the traverse table 24 is pulled toward the center of the main body, and the sill receiver 26 is held at the retracted position 26a (FIG. 3). When the pusher 36 expands, the link 31 moves the traversing base 24 outward against the force of the spring 34, and when the pin 32 slightly exceeds the dead center, deenergizing the pusher 36 causes the traversing base 24 to move approximately It is locked at the maximum widening position 26b (FIG. 3).

Next, the loading operation on the loading platform 2 will be explained. First, when the lifting device 10 is in the lowered position, the empty truck 5 enters the rail 11 from the rail 4 and stops at a predetermined position. At this time, the receiver 26 is in the retracted position, and the automobile M to be transported is approaching above the truck 5 by the slat conveyor 1.

Next, the elevating position 10 is raised to the first stage, and the receiver 26 is lifted onto the floor (position A in FIG. 3), and stopped slightly below the sill 22 of the vehicle M to be transported. The roller sensor 3 supported higher than the support 26 at the front part of the truck 5 by this first stage rise.
7 contacts the fender inner surface 38. The roller can be vertically expanded and contracted by a spring, and the height of contact with the inner surface of the fender is determined depending on the positional relationship between the trolley 5 and the automobile M. At this time, since the automobile M continues to move forward by the conveyor 1, the trolley 5 is pulled by the automobile M by the roller sensor 37 and begins to move. At the same time, the receiver 26 is moved to a predetermined widening position.

Then, the lifting device 10 rises to the second stage, and the receiver 26 moves forward until it hits the sill 22 and lifts it up (Fig. 3 Q).
reference). At this time, since the longitudinal spacing of the receivers 26 is before and after the center of gravity of the automobile M, the wheels of the automobile M rise from the floor and are smoothly transferred onto the trolley 5, and the trolley 5 is able to move on its own. When the rail 11 matches the rail 3, it moves into the rail 3.

If the relative position is determined so that the pusher 36 does not separate from the lever 35 until the support 26 supports the sill 22 after the start of the second stage ascent, the traversing table 24 can be held at a predetermined widening position, and After the receiver 26 comes into pressure contact with the sill 22,
This pressing frictional force holds the traversing table 24 in place, so
As mentioned above, the link 31 is moved beyond the dead center and the traverse platform 2
There is no need to lock 4. In this case, when the cart 5 is lowered by the unloading base 6 and the receiver 26 is separated from the sill 22, the traversing table 24 automatically returns to the retracted position by the spring 34, so a return button is especially provided. There will be no need.

On the other hand, the trolley 5A moves as a carrier link (described later) which is longer in the front and back than the car M, and the carrier link is engaged with the conveyor chain 40 and transported 1111. The conveyor chain 40 guides and moves just below the floor surface in the outbound line 41 and the inbound line 42, and the cart 5A moves on the floor. The chain 40 of the going-out line 42 is located just before the unloading station 6A.
It bends inward from the point, extends downward from point b to point 0, passes through points d, e, and f, slopes upward from point g to point h, and continues to the outgoing line 41 from point i.

After that, operations such as raising the first stage of the lifting device 10A, moving the receiver 26 to the widening position, starting the follow-up movement of the trolley 5A (carrier connection body), and raising the second stage of the lifting device 10A are carried out in the same way as in the embodiment described above. Then, the feeder 52 is restarted, the bushing 56 engages with the protrusion 50, and the carrier coupling body 47 supporting the automobile M is pushed into the carrier rail 43. When the leading carrier 44a reaches point i in FIG. 6, the retaining device 49 engages and the conveyor chain 40 pulls it toward the forward line 41.

The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and since the center portion of the automobile is supported on the trolley for transportation, the trolley can be small. It has the advantage that it can run freely even on slopes, and that the loading/unloading area can be installed on a small scale and at low cost. Furthermore, in the loading and unloading area, the trolley is raised and lowered in two steps, and the support is expanded and contracted during this time, so the trolley is small and convenient to move when not in use. In this case, there is an advantage that support is stable even if the cart is small.
