On the other hand, if it is not hydrolyzed, the resulting sintered body is an insulator at room temperature, and changes in potential due to calcium ions generated at the solid-liquid interface can be measured using the current millibottle meter (input impedance of 10i4Ω-a
Since it cannot be detected with a pH meter or ion meter, it cannot be used as a calcium ion electrode. In this way, the ceramic film partially containing Ln0F is a fluorine ion conductive semiconductor that propagates charges through F- defects, and exhibits a resistance value of 500Ω-α.

After thoroughly washing with distilled water, it is dried at 120°C. This coprecipitate was calcined at 1000°C for 1 hour in a hydrogen fluoride atmosphere, then crushed and pressure-molded, and heated to 1250°C for 50 minutes.
Main firing is performed in a hydrogen fluoride atmosphere for a period of time. The pellets thus obtained contained 0.1 to 1.0 mol% of E
It contains uOF and has a resistance value of ~500KΩ-α. This pellet is adhered to an epoxy resin body, and as described above, an internal liquid and an internal electrode are placed therein to form an electrode. This electrode is combined with a silver monochloride electrode and placed in the test solution.
Connect it to a millivoltmeter and read the potential that has reached equilibrium. The calibration curve shown in FIG. 2 was measured using 0.1 M potassium nitrate solutions containing various concentrations of calcium ions (no potassium nitrate was added when the calcium ions were 0.1 M). From the figure, 10-1 to 10-5M calcium ion. It can be seen that this electrode exhibits a Nernstian response with respect to Note that the time required to reach the equilibrium potential of this electrode is 3
Within 0 seconds, and within 1 minute at 10-5M. Example 2 Calcium carbonate, lanthanum oxide, and europium oxide are weighed, immersed in distilled water, and then nitric acid is added to completely dissolve them.
