Conventionally, cleaning agents containing phosphates, silicates, and other alkaline components have been used for cleaning hard surfaces such as metal surfaces and for cleaning dishes in automatic dishwashers. Various phosphates can be used as the above-mentioned phosphate, but sodium tripolyphosphate exhibits excellent cleaning action and is a stable phosphoric acid salt.
Since this hexahydrate salt has no caking properties, it must be passed through powder detergents to fix free water in the product during the spray-drying process for commercialization and the subsequent aging period. It has the advantage of preventing the product from caking in the packaging container, together with the effect of adding some anti-caking agent, and has a solid position as an essential component of such cleaning agents. However, sodium tripolyphosphate is not without its problems; sodium tripolyphosphate has poor solubility in water, and when it comes into contact with water, it is strongly hydrolyzed to form a phosphorus compound with a low degree of condensation and poor cleaning action. As a result, they cannot be used as a component of water-based liquid cleaning compositions, and even when used as a component of powdered cleaning compositions, they may form undesirable precipitates in the wash water.

It has also been reported that wastewater generated from cleaning with detergents containing these substances flows into rivers and lakes, polluting the water quality and causing algae to grow, which has become a problem in the United States and other countries. On the other hand, the mechanization and automation of food cleaning is progressing, and automatic dishwashers are becoming popular not only in hotels and restaurants, but also in general households, and the mechanization and automation of cleaning hard surfaces such as metal surfaces is progressing. There is a need for a cleaning agent that is easy for users to handle, is safe, and has excellent cleaning power, but most conventional cleaning agents are in powder form, so they cannot be applied manually. The troublesome operation of measuring and adding a certain amount to water to prepare a cleaning stock solution is required.

Therefore, a liquid cleaning agent is desired in order to eliminate the troublesome operations described above and promote the systemization and automation of dishwashing and the systemization and automation of cleaning of rocky surfaces such as surfaces of five metals. For the reasons mentioned above, sodium tripolyphosphate cannot be used as an ingredient in liquid cleaning agents, and conventional companies have used potassium pyrophosphate instead. If components such as caustic soda and sodium silicate are present together, potassium pyrophosphate will change to sodium pyrophosphate, resulting in extremely poor solubility and precipitation in the liquid detergent, which also reduces cleaning performance. There is. In order to solve these drawbacks, it is also possible to use potassium silicate silicate instead of sodium silicate and caustic potash instead of caustic soda, but this is not practical due to economical constraints. For this reason, attempts have been made to use other organic compounds such as sodium polyacrylate, sodium nitrile triacetate, sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, and sodium citrate in place of potassium pyrophosphate. Biodegradability is very poor, and sodium nitrile triacetate has a toxicity problem, and sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate and sodium citrate are not practical from an economic standpoint.

An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid detergent composition with excellent detergency for cleaning hard surfaces such as metal surfaces or for cleaning dishes in an automatic dishwasher. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a liquid detergent composition that is easy and safe for users to handle and has excellent cleaning power, and can be used to clean hard surfaces such as metal surfaces or to clean dishes in an automatic dishwasher. Our goal is to provide the following. Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention that phosphorus-containing compounds are said to increase the growth of algae in lakes and rivers and are one of the causes of water pollution, and if this is true, it is possible to eliminate such substances from cleaning compositions. Since reducing or eliminating phosphorus-containing compounds is extremely beneficial in terms of environmental health, it is an object of the present invention to provide cleaning compositions that eliminate phosphorus-containing compounds.
