がベースに接続された第１のクランプ用トランジスタ、
該第１のクランプ用トランジスタのコレクタと前記電源
端子間に接続されたダイオード、前記電源端子と前記第
２の定電流源間にコレクタ・エミツタ路を接続された第
２のクランプ用トランジスタとを備え、前記第２のトラ
ンジスタのベースに入力信号、源を接続し、前記第１の
トランジスタ又は第２のトランジスタのコレクタに検出
回路を接続し、該検出回路の出力端よりＡＧＣ電圧を導
