[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a device for connecting a lead wire to a terminal of a lightning arrester, and its purpose is to connect the end of a lead wire drawn out from an overhead wire to a terminal on the side of the lightning arrester line. In this case, instead of tightening the lead wire by turning a set screw with a screwdriver, it can be easily and safely connected to and removed from the terminal of the surge arrester, and the lead wire connected to the surge arrester can be easily and safely disconnected at the connection point due to slight vibrations caused by wind pressure, etc. This is a terminal connection device for a lightning arrester that is free from the risk of connection failure due to loosening of the set screw, and is intended to be provided with a simplified structure and a reduced number of parts while being easy to attach and detach.

In addition, since the lead wire is connected to the lightning arrester with a set screw, the lead wire C may be damaged and the overhead wire and lead wire may vibrate slightly due to wind pressure, etc., and the vibration load concentrates on the connection part, resulting in fatigue. There is a risk that the wire may break or the set screw may become loose due to the vibration, resulting in poor electrical connection.

The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and consists of a male terminal portion j having stoppers 21a and 21b connected to the electrode rod at the top of the lightning arrester a, and an end of the lead wire C inserted and compressed or soldered. An insulation reinforcement part 4 having a spring receiver 5 and a vibration/bending protection tube 12 extending toward the lead wire C side and having a thinner wall thickness is formed on the connecting part of the female terminal 3 to be connected by attaching, and the above-mentioned vibration/bending is prevented. The female terminal 3 and the insulation reinforcing part 4 are placed between the spring receiver 5 and the inner surface of the top of the insulation cover 2 in a hanging rod-shaped insulation cover 2 having a through hole 7 of the protective tube 12 and opening at the bottom. A female terminal insertion hole 13 into which the lower part of the female terminal 3 can be inserted and a small hole 14 having the same diameter as the male terminal receiving hole 11 are successively provided in the opening of the insulating cover 2 to accommodate the female terminal via a spring 6. It is characterized in that it consists of a female terminal portion into which an insulating bottom plate 1 is screwed, which has guide grooves 15a, 15b of the stoppers 21a, 21b and stopper grooves 18a, 18b formed on the inner surface of the small hole 14.

The vibration/bending protection cylinder 12 is thick on the insulation reinforcement side and gradually becomes thinner toward the end, and has many small windows to provide flexibility and prevent the lead wire C from bending locally. This also prevents slight vibrations of the lead wire from being transmitted to the connection part.

At this time, when the insulating bottom part 1 and the insulating cover 2 are rotated 45 degrees clockwise, both stops 2 of the male terminal 9 appear as shown in FIG.
1a and 21b are located above both retaining grooves 18a and 18b on the upper surface of the small hole 14, so when you release your hand from the insulating cover 2, the insulating cover 2 and the insulating bottom plate 1 rise due to the elasticity of the spring 6, and the male terminal 9 The stops 21a, 21b enter the ends g18a, 18b of the small hole 14 and reach the bottom thereof, resulting in the state shown in FIG. 7, and the connection between the male terminal 9 and the female terminal 3 is completed. .

The configuration of the female terminal portion of the terminal connection device of the present invention is as follows:
The insulation reinforcement part 4 has an insulation cover 2, a spring 6, a female terminal 3, and a bottom plate 1, and the end of the lead wire C is inserted into the female terminal 3 and connected by compression or soldering, which is a conventional connection device of this type. Since there is no need to fix the end of the lead wire C with a screw as shown in the figure, there is an advantage that the structure of the female terminal part is simple and there is no need for screw attachment.

In addition, the insulation reinforcement part 4 through which the lead wire C is inserted is
It has a vibration/bending protection tube 12 extending to the side, and this protection tube 1
2 supports the insulating cover 2, and the lightning arrester a is supported by the bottom plate 1 which is screwed into the insulating cover 2, and the slight vibration of the lead wire C caused by wind pressure etc. is caused by the vibration supporting the insulating cover 2.
Vibration is gradually absorbed by the bending protection tube 12, making it difficult for the vibration to be transmitted to the connection part of the lead wire C. Also, the lead wire C is compressed or soldered rather than screwed, so there is no loosening of the screw, and the vibration of the lead wire is It is possible to completely suppress the occurrence of wire breakage or poor connection at the connection part.
