熱可塑性樹脂シートよりなる表面材に音溝が形成される
わけであるが、成形時表面材は袷んどフローせず熱可塑
性樹脂を予め加熱ゲル化してなる芯材オのみが放射状に
フローするため音溝形状は不完全なものとなりその結果
、いたつて音質の劣る絵入りレコード盤が製造され、ま
た印刷紙に音溝部が重なった場合モアレが生じ印刷内容
が見にくく色が不自然になる等の絵入りレコード盤独特
の欠点があった。本発明はこれらの欠点を排除したもの
