Insert the surface material and the printing paper on which calligraphy, drawings, photographs, etc. There is a manufacturing method in which a mold is inserted, the mold is heated, the mold is closed, and the mold is further heated and cooled.

Since the sound flows radially, the shape of the sound groove becomes incomplete, and as a result, illustrated records with inferior sound quality are manufactured. The present invention was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and the lower mold center axis of a press mold is provided with a heat-gelled surface material made of a transparent or translucent thermoplastic resin, a printing paper, and a transparent or translucent material. The mold is heated with heat-gelled surface materials made of thermoplastic resin inserted one after another.
It is closed, then heat-squeezed and cooled.

In Figure 1, 1 is an upper mold, and 2 is a lower mold, which are pivotally connected to each other, and inside each are a stub bar 3, 4 is arranged, and the lower mold 2 is provided with a central axis 5. Actually, there is a circuit through which water vapor and cooling water pass inside the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2, and both molds are configured to be heated and cooled. Here, on the central axis 5 of the lower mold 2, a first surface material 6 made of transparent or translucent thermoplastic resin, which has been heated and gelled in advance, as shown in FIG. Next, a printed paper 8 with calligraphy, photographs, etc. printed on it, a second reinforcing material 9, and a second surface material 10 made of transparent or translucent thermoplastic resin that has been heated and gelled in advance are sequentially inserted. do. Here, the above-mentioned reinforcing material is made of cardboard or the like having sufficient strength to withstand the large tensile force described later, and is made of a size that does not interfere with the printed calligraphy or drawings.

In this state, when the upper and lower molds 1 and 2 are heated, the molds are closed, and further heated and compressed, the surface materials 6 and 10 flow radially around the central axis 5 of the lower mold, forming a good sound groove. Ru. Here, due to the above-mentioned squeezing, a large tension is generated in the printing paper at the point where the surface material flows, and the printing paper may be pulled down. Therefore, the printing paper 8 will not be torn. Thereafter, the mold is cooled in a closed state to integrate the surface material, reinforcing material, and printing paper to produce an illustrated record. In the above-mentioned examples, the surface material was a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin with a polymerization degree of 4.

Furthermore, the reinforcing material does not necessarily have to be inserted on both sides of the printing paper 8, and it is of course only necessary to insert it on one side. The key is to reinforce the printing paper so that it does not pull down. Therefore, if the printing paper has sufficient strength, the above-mentioned reinforcing material is not necessary. For example, when Kent paper or bodywork paper with a thickness of about 0.2 to 0.45 ribs was used as the printing paper, the above-mentioned pulling accident did not occur even if no other reinforcing material was used. As described above, according to the present invention, a transparent or translucent thermoplastic resin that has been heated and gelled in advance is used for the surface material where the sound grooves are formed, instead of using a conventional thermoplastic resin sheet. Therefore, the surface material flows around the center axis of the lower mold, forming a sound groove, so it has the characteristic of producing high-quality pictorial records with better sound quality and a better S/N ratio than conventional pictorial records. .
