Abstract

PURPOSE:To degrease and recover oils and fats adhered to an object, by such a simple equipment that a shower chamber is isolated from a low temp. heating temp. raising chamber and an oils and fats recovery means is provided to a vacuum chamber in a communicated state. CONSTITUTION:An objected 6 to be processed is charged into a shower chamber 1 to perform the showering of light oil in a tank 7. After a definite time is elapsed, an intermediate door 9 is opened to send the object 6 to be processed to a temp. raising chamber 2 to raise the temp. thereof to a low temp. of about 100-500 deg.C by exhaust gas and a heater 13. Subsequently, the object 6 to be processed is charged into a vacuum chamber 3 which is, in turn, reduced in pressure to a predetermined vacuum degree by operating a vacuum evacuation apparatus 20 and degreasing is completed. An oil mist trap 19 is provided to the outside of the vacuum container 17 of the vacuum chamber 3 so as to be communicated with said vacuum container 17 to recover and re-utilize oils and fats. This apparatus is used in degreasing machine oil or heat treated oil adhered to the object 6 to be processed.

用することができる。その上に昇温室は低温でよいので
、例えば本装置を付属設備とする熱処理炉から出るよう
な燃焼排ガスの利用もできるものとなった。
