    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気通路に設けたタービンにより吸気通路に設けたブロ
    ワを駆動する過給機を備えた排気過給機付ディーゼルエ
    ンジンにおいて、前記排気通路のタービン上流側に排気
    通路の通路面積を変化させる排気絞り弁を設けたことを
    特徴とする排気過給機付ディーゼルエンジン。
