Claims

（１）複数個の加工ステージョンを具備する固定部材と
、該固定部材に固定されて前記各加工ステージョンを結
びパレットを案内するスライドプレートと、前記加工ス
テージョンにおいてパレットを前記スライドプレートよ
り持上げて位置決めクランプする装置とを有するトラン
スファマシンにおいて、前記スライドプレートは前記パ
レットの搬送方向に、該スライドプレートのスライド面
に多数の凹部を有し、該凹部には前記流体供給装置の供
給口が開口していることを特徴とするパレット案内装置
