Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は長尺材に対する切削加工に当り被削材に生ず
る振動を防止せんことを目的とした長尺材の振動防止装
置に関するものである。

旋盤による金属加工では被削物の直径に比して長さが長
くなればなるほど切削中の被削材に一定の振動が発生し
易くなり、俗に所謂1ビビリヨが起る。

この1ビビリヨは完成品の寸法や面粗度に大きく影響す
るので、これをいかに防ぐかが加工上の問題点ともなる

する2個のローラーとで、被削物を押えて撓みを防ぎ且
つ振動を吸収することによって安定した条件下での精確
なる切削加工を得しめんとしたものである。
