本発明は、車載用スピーカに使用されるグリル取付装置

（従来例の構成とその問題点）
従来の車載用スピーカグリル取付装置は、第１図にその
断面構造を、また、第２図に車体に取付けた状態の拡大
図を示すように構成されていた・これは、磁気回路１に
フレーム２を結合し、このフレーム２の周縁部に振動板
３の周縁部を取付け、この振動板３の中央部に、中間部
をダンノや−４で支持されたディスコイル５を結合して
ディスコイル５を上記磁気回路１の磁気ギャップに嵌め
込み、振動板４の中央上面にダストキャップ６を貼付け
て構成したスピーカ７を、車体シャシ−８及び／１’−
セル） ＩＪム９に埋め込み、スピーカ上面を覆う合成
樹脂や金属からなるケース１０とケース１０前面にノや
ンチングネットや金網からなるカバー１１が被せられた
グリル１２を、スピーカ７のフレーム２の外周に設けた
突起部と、これに対応してグリル１２の内部に設けた凹
部により、グリル１２とスピーカ７を結合して構成され

スピーカ及びグリル取付装置を提供することを目的とす

ガスケット１６と共に振動板１７の周縁部を接着などで
結合し、この振動板１７の中央部に中間部をダンパー１
８によって支持されたボイスコイル１９は、上記磁気回
路１４の磁気ギャッｆ２０に偏心することなく嵌まり込
み、振動板１７の前面中央部にダストキャラ７’２１を

Claims (1)
