Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はアース端子板を用いずにモータシャフトにアー
スするモータのアース装置に関するものである。
以下、添付図面をもとに本発明の一実施例について説明
する。
図において１は雑音防止用コンデンサの基板で「 コン
デンサ２に直列接続されたコンデンサ３，４が並列接続
されるようなパターンが描かれている。そして基板１に
はコンデンサ３，４の接続点ｌａと取付孔ｌｂの周辺に
も導電帯が描かれている。さらに基板１には電源コード
接続端子ｌｃ，ｌｄがカシメられており「端子ｌｄと導
電帯によって連結されたブラシ端子の取付孔ｌｅをも有
している。ｌｆはガイド孔である。５はモータ６を支持
したモータフレームで、両側にブラシホルダー部５ａを
形成し、かつ基板１の取付部には取付ボス５ｂ，５ｃお
よび位置決め突起６ｄ，５ｅを有している。
そしてモータ６の回転子７のシャフト８を支持する軸受
メタル９は、前記モータフレーム５の軸受部５ｆでうけ
られている。１０はブラシホルダー部５ａに挿入するブ
ラシ端子で、突出部１０ａを有しており、フラシ１１お
よびコイルバネ１２を中継部品としてモータの回転子７
側に電気的に接続されている。
１３は基板１をモータフレーム５上に取付ける金属製の
押え板で、両端には突起５ｄ，５ｅと欧り合う切欠き１
３ａ，１３ｂを、中央には軸受メタル９と電気的に接続
されこれを保持する球状の受部１３ｃを、さらに途中に
は取付ネジ１４，１５が貫通する取付孔竃３ｄ，１３ｅ
をそれぞれ設けている。
１６は第３図に示すようにモータ６の速度を多段に切替
えるスイッチである。
上記構成において、モータフレーム５に基板１を粗立て
る場合を説明する。
ブラシ端子１０をブラシホルダー部５ａに挿入するとと
もに突出部１０ａを基板１の取付孔１ｅに挿入し、この
状態で取付ネジ１４，１５を締付けて基板１をモータフ
レーム５に取付ける。取付ネジ１４は押え板１３の取付
孔１３ｄを通して取付ボス５ｂにネジ込まれ、取付ネジ
１５は取付孔１３ｅ，ｌｂを通して取付ボス５ｃにネジ
込まれるものである。この場合、基板１のガイド孔ｌｆ
に突起５ｅが貫通している。そして押え板１３は突起５
ｄ，５８と切欠き１３ａ，１３ｂで位置決めされ、同時
に受部１３ｃで軸受メタル９を保持し、この軸受メタル
９と基板１の取付孔ｌｂの周辺の導電部とを電気的に接
続し、アースの作用を得ている。このように本発明はコ
ンデンサの基板を、モ−タフレームに取付ける押え板を
介してアースするため「アース用のりード線、アース端
子板が不要で「部品数が減ると同時に組立てが簡単化さ
れコスト的にきわめて有利なものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ モータを支持したモータフレームと、コンデンサを
    取付けモータフレームに取付ける基板と、この基板上に
    重ねて基板をモータフレームに取付けるとともに基板と
    モータの軸受メタルとを電気的に接続する押え板とを備
    えたことを特徴とするモータのアース装置。
