Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent defects caused by bubbles by overlapping on a stamper a transparent substrate having ultraviolet ray-curing resin applied in a circumferential form, without taking air into the substrate turned over and tilted. CONSTITUTION:Ultraviolet curing resin 5 is applied in circumferential form on a horizontally set transparent substrate 3 by a dispenser 6. Next, after turning over the transparent substrate 3, it is caused to approach onto a stamper 1. Then the ultraviolet curing resin 5 is rolled with the transparent substrate 3 overlapped on the stamper 1 while tilting the substrate. Finally, the ultraviolet ray curing resin 5 is cured by transmitting ultraviolet ray beam through a ultraviolet ray lamp 8, and the ultraviolet curing resin 5 and the transparent substrate 3 are integrated into an information recording carrier.

Since it is as thin as 0 μm, the backing material 2 is bonded to the back surface and reinforced to maintain flatness. Next, apply ultraviolet curing resin 5 concentrically with the signal track of the stand 1. The transparent substrate 3 is then lowered in the direction of arrow a while being guided by the center gear 4 to roll the ultraviolet curing resin 5. Thereafter, the transparent substrate 3 and the ultraviolet curing resin 5 are integrated by irradiation with ultraviolet rays to produce an information recording carrier.

(Structure of the Invention) In order to achieve this object, the method for manufacturing 11 information recording bodies of the present invention involves coating a horizontally installed transparent substrate with an ultraviolet curable resin in a circumferential manner, and turning the transparent substrate over. The ultraviolet curable resin was placed on a star with a gap above it and lowered while tilting to overlap with the methane/P soil, and the ultraviolet ray curing resin was integrated with the transparent substrate. It is characterized by the fact that it is made to do so.

According to this method, after turning over the transparent substrate, the ultraviolet curable resin hangs down from the transparent substrate in an icicle shape, so the contact area between the ultraviolet curable resin and the stun P becomes smaller during stacking, and air is removed. It becomes possible to overlay the transparent substrate on the Stan P without being rolled up, and a good information recording carrier without defects due to air bubbles can be easily obtained.

As described above, in the present invention, since the transparent substrate 3 is overlaid on the stamp 1 after being turned over, the ultraviolet curing resin 5
The transparent substrate 3 hangs down in an icicle shape, and the contact area between the ultraviolet curing resin 5 and the stun plate 1 becomes smaller (5) when they are stacked, and the transparent substrate 3 can be stunned without entraining air.
It is possible to easily obtain a good information recording carrier without defects caused by air bubbles.

FIG. 4 shows an example of applying an ultraviolet curable resin onto a transparent substrate in the manufacturing method of the present invention. Apply so that the amount applied is small. In this way, by setting the amount of coating near the contact starting point 7a to be small, the ultraviolet curing resin 5 flows toward the contact starting point 7a side due to the inclination of the transparent substrate 3 during stacking, and the transparent substrate 3 after rolling. This can prevent the amount of the ultraviolet curable resin 5 from protruding from being uneven.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention involves coating a transparent substrate horizontally with an ultraviolet curable resin in a circumferential manner, and placing the transparent substrate upside down with a gap above the stand. Then, the ultraviolet curable resin is rolled by lowering it while tilting and stacking it on the Stan/P soil, and then irradiating ultraviolet rays to cure the ultraviolet curable resin and integrate the ultraviolet curable resin and the transparent substrate. This provides a method for easily manufacturing high-precision information recording bodies in a short period of time without generating air bubbles that cause missing recorded signals, and its practical effects are as great as can be. There is something.
