Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、表示画面上にトランプ等のカード絵柄を表示
し、遊戯者のキー操作に基づき、画像を変化させて、ポ
ーカ−ゲーム等のカード遊びを進行させるカードゲーム
機に関する。
従来、ポーカ−ゲーム用のこの種ゲーム機では、ゲーム
の開始と同時に、表示画面へ５枚のカード絵柄が表示さ
れる。そして遊戯者のキー操作により不要のカードが指
定されると、指定カードにつきカード交換が行なわれ、
対応するカード位置に新たな絵柄が自動表示される。と
ころがこの種方式では、機械内部でカードが自動選定さ
れるから、ゲームの興趣に欠け、またこれが遊戯者に不
審感を与える、原因となっている。
本発明は、全てのカードを裏返し状態で整列表示し、そ
の画像列から必要なカードを抽出し、表返して表示する
ことによって、ゲームの興趣を高め、遊戯者の不審感を
完全除去し得るカードゲーム機における新規な画像表示
方法を提供することを目的とする。
以下図面に示す実施例に基つき本発明を具体的に説明す
る。
第１図は本発明の画像表示方法を実施したポーカ−ゲー
ム機を示す。
図示例のゲーム機は、テーブル１の上面にＣＲＴ　（Ｃ
ａｔｈｏｄｏ　Ｒａｙ　Ｔｕｂｅ　）　ノ表示画面２を
設け、テーブル１０前後面に夫々メダル投入口３と、ゲ
ーム進行用のキーボード４とが配設しである。
キーボード４には、第２図に示す如く、ボールドキー５
ａ〜５ｅ、キャンセルキー６、カード操作キー７、セッ
トキー８、ライン指定キー９ａ〜９ｄ等の各種キーが配
備されている。
第３図はポーカゲーム機の回路構成例を示す。
図中、ＣＰＵ（Ｃｅｎｔｒａｌ　Ｐｒｏｃｅｓｓｉｎｇ
　Ｕｎｉｔ　）　ｌ　Ｑは、ＲＯＭ　（Ｒｅａ、ｄ　０
ｎｌｙ　Ｍｅｍｏｒｙ　）　１１に格納されたプロクラ
ムに基つき、ＲＡＭ　（Ｒａｎｄａｍ　ＡｃｃｅｓｓＭ
ｅｍｏｒｙ　）　１２に対するデータの読み書きを行な
いつつ各種演算、処理を実行すると共に、Ｉ／。
ポート１３．１４を介してキーボード１５やメダルメカ
部１６の入出力動作を制御する。ＣＲＴコントローラ１
７は、ＣＰＵ１　ｏの制御動作に対応してＲＯＭ１８に
格納しであるカード絵柄の画像パターンを取り出し、こ
れをリフレッシュメモリ１９へ書き込んで編集すると共
に、編集された画像をビデオ回路２ｏを介してｃｉｔＴ
ｚｉへ表示する。尚図中、発振回路２２はＣＰＵ１０お
よびＣｋＴコントローラ１７の動作タイミングを決める
クロックを送出する。またバッファ２３はキー人力情報
を保持し、ドライブ回路２４はキー内のセットランプを
点灯させる等の動作を行なう。更にドライブ回路２５は
メダルメカ部１６を駆動し、メダルの検知や放出動作を
実行する。
第４図はポーカゲーム機の動作フローを示す。
まずメダル投入口３へ適当枚数（例えば１０枚）のメタ
ルが投入されると、ステップ３１が”ＹＥＳ’′となり
、投入メタル数がＲＡＭ１２のエリアｒｎｌ（第５図に
示す）にセットされると共に、ステップ３２において、
表示画面２側方の数字表示部Ｘに投入メダル数「１ｏ」
が表示される。
つぎにゲームの掛は率に相当する回数（例えば２）だけ
セットキー８を繰返し押すと、ステップ３３が”ＹＥＳ
″となり、メダルセット数がＲＡＭ’１２のエリアｍ２
にセットされる。更にステラ７’３４、．３．５て、前
記数字表示部Ｘにメダルセット数「２」が表示されると
共に、第６図（１）に示す如（、表示画面２上部位置の
カード整列表示部Ｙに５２枚全てのカードが裏返した状
態で４行×１３列に亘り整列表示される。この整列され
た全てのカードは、前記セットキー８の操作時点で各絵
柄が特定されており、各行、各列の絵柄はＲＡＭ１２の
絵柄設定エリアｍ５に所定コードをもってセットされて
いる。
つぎに上記カード配列の中から５枚のカードを抽出する
操作に入る。例えば第１行、第８列目のカードを抽出し
たい場合には、１行目を指定するライン指定キー９ａを
押すと、表示画面２中、１行目のカード列が順次点灯し
てゆ（。
そして点灯位置が８列目のカードに至ったとき、ライン
指定キー９ａの抑圧を解除する。続いてカード操作キー
７を押すと、ステップ３６，３７か“Ｙ　Ｅ　Ｓ　”で
あり、ステップ３Ｂにおいて、指定されたカードが表返
って、カード列中でその絵柄が表示されると共に、指定
カードの絵柄が抽出され、表示画面２下部のカード抽出
表示部Ｚに抽出絵柄の拡大画像が表示される。同様の操
作を５回繰返すと、その都度、ＲＡＭ１２のエリアｍ３
　にカード指定数が加算され、その結果、第６図（２）
に示す如く、カード整列表示部Ｙにおいて５枚のカード
が表返り、またカード抽出表示部Ｚにはそのカード絵柄
の拡大画像が抽出順に表示される。尚この状態では、ス
テップ３９の「指定操作完了か」の判定は“’ＹＥＳ”
となっている。
今、第６図（２）のカード絵柄に着目すると、４枚のカ
ードがダイヤであるから、スペードの１５」がダイヤに
変わると、ポーカ−ゲームにおける「フラッシュ」の組
合せが成立する。そこで５番目のホールドキー５ｅを押
して、スペードの「５」のカードにつきホールドを解除
すると、ステップ４０か＝＝ＹＥＳ”となり、ＲＡＭ１
２のエリアｍ４にホールド解除数１１」がセットされる
。引き続きカード操作キー７を押すと、ステップ４１が
’ＮＯ”、ステップ４２が”ＹｌｉＳ”となり、つぎに
カード交換操作に入る。この操作において、例えば第１
行、第３列目のカードを指定したい場合には、前記同様
、第１行目を指定するライン指定キー９ａを押し、点灯
ランプが第３列目のカード位置に移ったとき、ライン指
定キー９ａの押圧を解除する。続いてカード操作キー７
を押すと、ステップ４３．４４が’゛ＹＥＳ”であり、
ステップ４５において、指定されたカードが表返って、
その絵柄がカード列中で表示されると共に、第５番目の
カードが今指定されたカードの絵柄と入れ変って表示さ
れる。この交換されたカードか、例えは第６図（３）に
示す如く、ダイヤの「９」であると仮定すると、前記「
フラッシュ」の組合せが成立し、ステップ４’６　、４
７の判定が共に’ＹＥＳ”となり、ステップ４８におい
て、組合成立を知らせる表示が表示画面２の適所に表示
され、「フラッシュ」に相当する配当率にメダルセット
数を掛けた数が現メダル数に加鈍され、数字表示部Ｘの
表示が更新される（ステップ４９）。
もし交換されたカードが、例えは第６図（４）に示す如
く、クローバの［ＪａｃｋＪであると仮定すると、組合
せ不成立となって、ステップ４７が“′ＮＯ”となる。
この場合には、ステップ５０において、整列表示部Ｙの
全てのカードか表返って、その絵柄が表示され、遊戯者
は配列カードの内容を事後確認できる。そしてステップ
５１で、メダル数からメダルセット数か減算され、数字
表示部Ｘの表示が同様に更新される。
尚５枚のカードが当初から何等かの組合せを構成してい
た場合には、いずれのボールドキーをも押す必要かなく
、直ちにセットキー８を押す。これによりステップ５２
が’ＹＥＳ”となり、ステップ５３で組合せが成立した
旨表示があり、続くステップ５４てメダル数が加許され
て、表示が更新される。
本発明は上記の如く、全てのカードを裏返し状態で表示
し、その画像列に対し必要なカードを指定し、指定した
カードを表返して表示すると共に、そのカードを抽出し
て、カード絵柄の拡大画像を表示するようにしたから、
カードの選定を遊戯客自身が行なうことができ、ゲーム
の興趣を一段と向上し得ると共に、ゲーム機に対する不
審感を除去できる等、発明目的を達成した優れた効果を
奏する。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 表示画面上にカード整列表示部とカード抽出表示部とが
    設けられ、カード整列表示部に全カードの裏返し画像を
    整列状態で表示した後、整列カードに対するカード指定
    に基づき、指定カードを表返して列中でカード絵柄を表
    示すると共に、カード抽出表示部に指定カードを取り出
    して、カード絵柄を拡大表示することを特徴とするカー
    ドゲーム機における画像表示方法。
