七−夕に無理な負荷が加わり寿命を縮めたり過電流によ
る故障を招いたり、また回転数が異常に高くなることに
より高騒音となって使用者に恐怖感を与えたりする等の
問題点があった。

ものであるから、電源スィッチを入れた瞬間の分圧抵抗
の抵抗値が定常時に比べて余り低くなるということはな
く、従来のように電源スィッチを入れた瞬間の七−夕の
端子電圧が具常に高くなるというこ゛とはなくて、従来
のように大きな騒音を発生して使用者に恐怖I8を与え
