Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、特に空気及び空間飛しよう体に用いられる、
外坂間に挿入された支持芯を備えた小重量の耐坐屈構造
体と、該構造体を製造する方法に関する。
繊維強化材、特に繊維強化プラスチックから構成する場
合、これ等材料の特性を使用する際にしばいま難点が生
じる。
理論的に求められた壁厚は、非常に製造するのに高価と
なると共に使用中に欠点ともなる。坐屈を起しやすいと
いうような部分的には非常に薄い外板を発泡体により支
持すること又はハニカム芯材でサンドイッチ構造体を構
成することは試みられて来た。
しかしながらこの場合も支持作用は小さく、又、ハニカ
ム芯材では、この作用は、サンドイッチ構造体表面に略
々直角方向、単一の負荷方向のみに限定される。即ち、
従来、多方向から負荷(荷重)がかかると、坐屈に対し
て対抗し得る構造体になるように芯材を保持することは
できなかった。従来様式のサンドイッチ構造体は更に次
の様な欠点がある。即ち、温度変化を反復して受けると
、外板と芯材間の膨脹係数が異っているので、加熱する
と脱気し、取囲む材料に対して調和しない特性を生じる
こと、又この特性を利用するのが極く特定された場合に
のみ限られる。本発明は、これ等従来周知の構造体の欠
点を除き、特に簡単に製造できると共に周知の耐坐属構
造体よりも軽い構造体を提供することを課題とする。
本発明の課題は前述様式の構造体に於て、絹又は格子状
に設けられた繊維強化材から製造された芯材を特徴とす
る。
極端に薄い壁から製造された従釆通常の完全構造体の替
りに、本発明により製造される網状又は格子状構造体は
横断面に於て比較的強いウェブを備え、従って構造部分
の坐屈強度は大きく、又その重量も軽くなる。
耐坐屈構造体を製造するために従釆用いられた材料例え
ば金属に対して、繊維強化プラスチックは強く、繊維の
方向に、網又は格子の目中の選択又は、網ゥェブ又は格
子榛の横断面に応じて、従来のものより重量及び製造コ
ストを低減して数倍にも大きくすることができる。
本発明を利用する際製造工程を簡略化でき又坐屈を起し
‘こくくすることができる。2実施例を示した図面によ
り本発明を説明する。
基本的には、巻取られる絹又は格子状の支持本体の目中
は、前後に運動する繊維案内装置の速度に対して設定さ
れた比率で単位時間当りの鞠回転数により決定される。
従って所望の目中とウェブ厚さは巻取機を対応して調整
することによって生じられる。軸の横断面形は、巻取ら
れる支持本体の機能乃至適用状態に応じて自由に選択さ
れる。
しかしながら、この横断面形は特に4角形又は円形に構
成されるが、この理由はこの形状が重量的に所望の特性
を生じるからである。繊維の角度方向は特に軸の長軸に
対して略々45oである。第1図のねじり結合の場合、
格子状の支持本体1は図示していない4角形の軸に巻取
られ、折りたたまれて長手方向要素2,3間に取付られ
ている。
この際接着と硬化とが行われる。第2図では支持芯体4
は複T字形横断面を有している。
この製造は4角形横断面形の巻取本体から出発している
。この巻敬本体は上側及び下側の分離断面で巻取った後
、図示していない軸の長手方向で2個の部分に分断し、
この両部分を図示していない方法で張り合せている。長
手方向要素5,6との接着により、支持体は最終的形状
を形成する。本発明により製造される極端に軽く且つ強
度のある構造体は、特に全方向に指向した繊維の強化体
として、又高強度構造体の長手ゥェブとして、又曲げ支
持体として実用できる。
軸は巻取られた支持芯体が充分に硬化した後に外される
。繊維材として特にガラス繊維及び炭素繊維が適当であ
る。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 巻取法により製造され且つ外板間に挿入された支持
    芯を有し、外板がパネルからなり、その際支持心の巻取
    法が、網状又は格子状の強化繊維ストランドを、硬化可
    能な樹脂の浴槽で含浸させ、軸に巻取る方法であり、ス
    トランドの方向が軸の長軸に対して約45°の角度を占
    め、網又は格子間には樹脂が存在せず、同等の間隔を有
    している耐坐屈軽量構造体。 2 強化繊維に硬化可能な合成樹脂を含浸させた後、こ
    の強化繊維を支持芯の横断面形に対応した軸に、異つた
    繊維方向の少なくとも2個の層で巻取り、支持心を外皮
    間に挿入し、樹脂が硬化した後軸を取外すことを特徴と
    する特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の耐坐屈軽量構造体の
    製造方法。
