Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce processing cost, improve heat transfer characteristics and prevent electric corrosion by a method wherein legs for connecting heat medium tubes with flat plate heat absorbing fins and other curtain wall as well as fixing legs connecting the tubes with reinforcing members are formed integrally. CONSTITUTION:A flat plate 1, the heat absorbing and dissipating fins 2, legs 3 for heat medium tubes, the heat medium tubes 4, the connecting and fixing legs 6 and the connecting legs 8 are formed integrally by a metal such as aluminum, for example. According to this method, man-hours for attaching the heat medium tubes 4 to the legs 3 for heat medium tubes are omitted, a countermeasure for preventing electric corrosion of the heat medium tubes 4 and the legs 3 for the heat medium tubes becomes unnecessary and, further, contacting thermal resistance may be eliminated. The curtain wall of desired size may be formed by the combination of the connecting and fixing legs 6 and the connecting and reinforcing members 7 as well as the combination of the connecting legs 8 and other curtain walls 9.

In addition, since the heating medium tube 4 was mechanically and physically caulked, material costs and processing costs increased, and if the heating medium tube 4 and the heating medium cheap fixing piece 5o were made of different metals, it was difficult to prevent electrolytic corrosion. It has drawbacks such as requiring countermeasures and not necessarily having good heat transfer characteristics due to contact resistance.

Since the heat absorbing and dissipating curtain wall is integrally molded in this way, the number of man-hours required to attach the heating medium tube 4 to the heating medium cheap leg 3 is reduced, and there is no need to take measures to prevent electrolytic corrosion of the heating medium tube 4 and the heating medium cheap leg 3. Moreover, the contact thermal resistance can also be made zero.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram illustrating a mechanism of heat transfer by circulation of a heat medium using the heat absorption/dissipation curtain wall according to the present invention. In the figure, 12 is the indoor side, 13
indicates the outdoor side, the arrows indicate the direction of heat transfer, 14 indicates the rising of the heated heating medium, 15 indicates the descending of the cooled heating medium,
16 indicates heat absorption, 12 indicates heat radiation, and 2Q indicates the direction of heat flowing through the wall. 18 is a control valve, 19 is a heat insulating frame, 2 is an integrally molded curtain wall provided on the indoor side, and 22 is an integrally molded curtain wall provided on the outdoor side. Ti is the room temperature, 'rwVi is the heating medium temperature, and To is the outside temperature. In FIG. 3, when the room temperature Ti, the heat medium temperature Tw, and the outside temperature To are Ti)Tw)To, the heat medium on the indoor side 12 rises in the direction of the heating arrow 14, and the heat medium on the outdoor side I3 is cooled. The heating medium descends in the direction of the arrow 15, and the heating medium flows naturally to the indoor side 1.
2, heat absorption 16 is performed, and heat radiation 17 is performed on the outdoor side 13. When the control valve 18 is closed, the circulation of the heat medium is stopped, and the only heat transfer is the through-flow heat 20 flowing through the heat insulating frame 19.If the thermal resistance value of the heat insulating frame 19 is increased, the heat transfer is stopped. and is insulated.
