The drawback was that it was difficult to mass produce. Therefore, in order to reduce the thickness and mass production of liquid crystal display devices, it is preferable to use a polymer film that is resistant to impact and can be made thinner, and various attempts have been made to use polymers.

Since the problem of material deterioration occurs, the lifespan and reliability of the liquid crystal display device are greatly affected.

From the viewpoint of optical isotropy, it is amorphous, and it is more advanced than this material in forming a transparent conductive metal oxide film that is applied in a subsequent processing step as an electrode for displaying liquid pores. This is because it is superior to other polymer films in that it has a softening point of , can withstand the temperatures of vacuum evaporation, sputtering, and chemical vapor deposition, and has high transparency. The total thickness of the polyethersulfone film is 10 to 300μ, and when the ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer layer is located in the middle of the polyethersulfone film, the polyethersulfone film has two layers; otherwise, the polyethersulfone film has two layers. There will be 1 layer.

The polymerization ratio of ethylene is 20 to 45 inches, and the thickness is 1
~20μ. One method of providing an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer layer on a base film is to apply an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer film obtained by a melt extrusion method such as a T-die method using an adhesive. One method is to dry-laminate the polyether sulfone film with a solution of ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer and coat the polyether sulfone film with an adhesive (anchor coating agent) if necessary. etc. The former dry lamination method, which can provide a thick ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer layer, is preferable in order to improve gas barrier properties to a greater extent, while the latter method is preferable in order to maintain a high degree of optical isotropy. A coating method is preferred. The copolymer layer of ethylene and vinyl alcohol is laminated to at least one of the upper layer, lower layer, or intermediate layer of the polyether sulfone film. Transmittance is 70
More than 1 is required.

A cordon and a separately obtained ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer film having a thickness of 12 μm were dry-laminated, and a laminated film was obtained after aging at 40° C. for 24 hours. The oxygen gas permeability of this polyether sulfone film with ethylene vinyl alcohol co-3i composite film is 2 cc/tp?・24 hours
It was confirmed by r*atm that the film had very high oxygen barrier properties.

It was a fist ATM. The total light transmittance of the obtained laminate film was 86.0'16, which was sufficient as a support for a transparent electrode. The obtained transparent high gas barrier laminate film was used to fabricate a liquid crystal display device that was only coated with transparent electrodes, and compared to the conventional one using a single polymer film, it had superior oxygen gas cutting properties and was more reliable. We were able to obtain a product with high quality in terms of durability and longevity.
