ットを型締装置上部に略水平に、又は所定の傾斜角を成
して載置したので、従来の型締装置に対して直列に射出
ユニットを設けた射出成形機と比べて床占有面積を縮小
化するとともに、射出ユニットを垂直に設けた装置と比
べて見ても、機械の高さを小さく抑えることが出来全体
にコンバクとなった。さらに、射出ユニットを垂直に設
けた装置と比べて原料の投入をはじめとする保守管理が
容易となったばかりでなく、型開閉による振動も従来装
置不安定な形態であったためその影響が太きかったが、
本発明の装置のように射出ユニ・ノドが横型となったた
め振動による影響も少くなった。Jtた射出精度につい
てもスクリュの自重によるバラツキが無くなったので当
初に掲けたような欠点が解゛消された。
