Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （技術分野） 本発明は、ワイヤドツトプリンタのワイヤを案内するワ
イヤガイドに関する。
（従来技術） タングステン等のワイヤをワイヤガイドの案内穴に摺動
させて印刷を行なうワイヤドツトプリンタにおいては、
ワイヤによるワイヤガイドの摩耗により案内穴の寸法が
変化し、その結果印刷の鮮明度が落ちる０そこでこのよ
うな摩耗を減少させ′るために、ワイヤガイドの素材と
してアルミナ等の高硬度酸化物が用いられている。しか
しこの素材ではワイヤガイド自体に硬度があり過ぎ、ワ
イヤを摩耗させてしまうという欠点があった。
（目　的） 本発明の目的は、ワイヤとワイヤガイドの摺動による両
者の摩耗を減少せしめ、ワイヤドツトプリンタの寿命を
伸ばすことを目的とする。
（実施例） 図は本発明実施例を示しておシ、１は板バネで一端を固
定され、他端にタングステンで在るワイヤ２が固着され
ている。板バネ１にはアマチュア６が固着されておシ、
このアマチュア３を電磁石４により吸引することにより
、ワイヤ先端を突出させてインクリボン５を用紙乙に打
撃し印刷を行なう。一方ワイヤ２の中間部は、ワイヤガ
イド７の案内穴７ａにより、ワイヤ先端が正確に打撃位
置に至る様案内されている。尚、ワイヤガイド７は図に
おいては単一のガイドであるが、これを複数に分割しワ
イヤの根本部、中間部、先端部等をそれぞれ別個案内し
ても良い。いずれにしてもこのワイヤガイド７は、多孔
質セラミックスにより形成されており、その微小孔中に
有機系潤滑剤が含浸されている。この有機系潤滑剤は、
固形潤滑剤、液状潤滑剤および半固形状のグリースのい
ずれであっても使用できる。
このような有機系潤滑剤において好ましく使用できるも
のとしては、大まかに言って金属石けん。
脂肪酸エステル、高級アルコール、アミン類、シリコー
ン油類、脂肪酸アミド類、オレフィン重合体混成潤滑剤
、更には所定の増ちょう剤を混合した潤滑油等を挙げる
ことができる。
更により具体的な有機系潤滑剤として好ましいものを列
挙するならば、 ■ステアリン酸、オレイン酸、パルミチン酸等の高級脂
肪酸の金属塩からなるいわゆる金属石けん［（Ｒ−Ｃｏ
ｏ）ｎＪ’Ｍ　） ■オレイン酸エチル、ステアリン酸エチル等の高級脂肪
酸のエステル（Ｒ−０００−Ｒ）■オレイルアルコール
、ラウリルアルコール等ノ高級アルコール（Ｒ−ＯＨ） ■ｔ−ブチルアミン、アミノプロピオン酸、シクロヘキ
シルアミン亜硝酸塩等のアミン類（Ｒ−ＮＨ２） ■メチルポリシロキサン、フェニルメチルシリコーン化
合物、メチルシリコーン化合物等のシリコーン油類 ■オレイン酸アミド、ステアリン酸アミド等の脂肪酸ア
ミド（Ｒ−０ＯＮＨｚ） 等である。
このような有機系潤滑剤をセラミックスに含浸せしめる
方法としては、有機系潤滑剤の中に多孔質セラミックス
を入れセラミックスを真空に引き潤滑剤を含浸する方法
、あるいは圧力含浸法等が用いられる。
以上のように、多孔質セラミックスに有機系潤滑剤を含
浸せしめておくと、ワイヤが摺接することにより有機系
潤滑剤が滲み出てきてワイヤガイドとワイヤの摩擦が減
少し、ワイヤガイド及びワイヤの寿命を伸ばすことがで
きる。
（効　果） 如上の如く本発明によれば、摩耗か少なく、低騒音で、
長寿命のワイヤドツトプリンタが可能となる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）多孔質セラミックスよシなり微小孔に有機系潤滑
    剤を含浸せしめたことを特徴とするワイヤドツトプリン
    タのワイヤガイド。
  2. （２）前記有機系潤滑剤としてステ゛アリン酸、オレイ
    ン酸、パルミチン酸等高級脂肪酸の金属塩からなる金属
    石けん、またはオレイン酸、エチルステアリン酸等高級
    脂肪酸のエステル、またはオレイルアルコール、ラウリ
    ルアルコール等高級アルコール、またはｔ−ブチルアミ
    ン、アミノプロピオン酸、シクロヘキシルアミン亜硝酸
    塩等アミン類、またはメチルポリシロキサン。 フェニルメチルシリコーン化合物、メチルシリコーン化
    合物等脂肪酸アミドのうち少なくとも１つを用いたこと
    を特徴とする特ｒ！ｆＦｆｌｉｌＪ求の範囲第１項記載
    のワイヤドツトプリンタのワイヤガイド。
