Claims (9)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ウェハを収容する加熱炉と、ウェハの表裏各面に
    それぞれ対向して配設された光源と前記加熱炉内でウェ
    ハや支持する支持器とを備え、前記光源からの光照射に
    よってウェハを加熱処理するようにした熱処理装置にお
    いて、前記支持器にウェハの周縁を囲繞する環状体を形
    成したことを特徴とする熱処理装置。
  2. （２）環状体は、支持器に支承されたウェハ平面に対し
    て垂直方向に高さを有する壁面により形成されてなる実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の熱処理装置。
  3. （３）環状体は、支持器に支承されたウェハの表裏各面
    とそれぞれ略同−面内で水平方向に幅を有する壁面と、
    この壁面の外周縁に連接、前記ウェハ平面に対して垂直
    方向に高さを有する壁面とから形成されてなる実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の熱処理装置。
  4. （４）垂直方向に高さを有する壁面には、ウェハ着脱用
    の垂直方向に延びる切欠を設けてなる実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第２項又は第３項記載の熱処理装置。
  5. （５）環状体は、支持器に支承されたウェハの表裏゛　
    　　各面とそれぞれ略同−面内で水平方向に幅を有する
    壁面により形成されてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の熱処理装置。
  6. （６）垂直方向に幅を有する壁面の内壁面側は、ウェハ
    の光吸収率と略同等又はそれ以上の光吸収率を有する部
    材で形成された実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項又は第３
    項記載の熱処理装置。
  7. （７）垂直方向に高さを有する壁面の内壁面側は、。 光反射面とされた実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項又は第
    ３項記載の熱処理装置。
  8. （８）　　水平方向に幅を有する壁面の内周縁部は、ウ
    ェハの光吸収率と略同等又はそれ以上の光吸収率を有す
    る部材で形成された実用新案登録第３項又は第５項記載
    の熱処理装置。
  9. （９）　　水平方向に幅を有する壁面の内周縁部は、光
    反射面劣された実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項又は第５
    項記載の熱処理装置。
