【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 溶接ロボットが操作する点溶接ガンの可動範囲外に定置
した架台と、 この架台に載って待機し、必要時、上に載った空気動電
極切削部が上記ガン可動範囲内の定位置に着く所まで進
出する移動台と、 この移動台上、一方向のみ可動で、バネにより標準位置
に拘束された一方向可動台と、この一方向可動台上、そ
の一方向に直角な方向にだけ可動で、バネにより標準位
置に拘束された上記電極切削部つき直角方向可動台とを
備え、上記電極切削部が上記定位置へ進出した時、上記
ガンがこれを両電極で挟圧するようロボットに記憶させ
て用いることを特徴とする溶接ロボットガンの電極整形
