【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 平板状ケーシングの内側周面で振動子の外周部を支持し
、この振動子の電極間に交流電圧を印加して該振動子を
振動させることにより流体を吸込み、吐出する吸込通路
及び吐出通路を平板状ケーシングに備え、この吸込通路
及び吐出通路にそれぞれ吸込用、吐出用チェック弁を設
けてなる振動子ポンプにおいて、 上記吸込用、吐出用チェック弁として、連通孔を有する
仕切壁に、その連通孔を開閉する傘型の弾性弁体を該連
通孔を覆うよう取り付けた構造の傘型弁を用いて構成し
