  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　発泡倍率２〜加倍、厚み１〜５ＷＩＬのポリスチレ
    ン系樹脂発泡シートの少なくとも片面に、結晶化を抑え
    た無延伸ポリブチレンテレフタレート系樹脂フィルムま
    たは同フィルムを表面層、３として含む合成樹脂の複層
    フィルムを積層しｔ゛複合シートから、前記フィルムを
    容器内側表面として一体に成形されてなる食品容器。 ２　複合シートはポリブチレンテレフタレート系樹脂フ
    ィルムまたは同フィルムを含む複層フィルムがポリスチ
    レン樹脂発泡シートの片面に積層され、該発泡シートの
    他面にポリスチレン系樹脂フィルムが積層されたものか
    らなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の食品容器。 ３　ポリブチレンテレフタレート系樹脂フィル仏は樹脂
    中に結晶化核剤を含みかつ非結晶性に成結された無延伸
    フィルムである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第
    ２項記載の食品容器。
